Please note that the plant will be available around the end of December. We will notify you once it is ready, or you may add a note at checkout with your preferred delivery date.

Your plant will be carefully wrapped in soil and placed in a plastic bag for shipping. To minimize delays, we ship on Mondays and Tuesdays only, ensuring your plant arrives without sitting over the weekend. 

Important: Please be mindful of the weather conditions in your area, as we are not responsible for any weather-related damage or mishandling by the carrier.

In the rare event that your plant is severely damaged during transit, please contact us within the first 3 hours of delivery with photos of the box and the damaged plant. If the damage is beyond broken leaves and the plant is deemed severely affected, we will offer a replacement or a credit.
