⚠️ Damage & Delivery Issues
Please inspect your plants as soon as they arrive. If you notice any damage, contact us within 48 hours and include clear photos or videos of the issue.
Do not unwrap or plant damaged roses—reach out to us first so we can assist you promptly.
⚠️ 30-Day Plant Warranty
We want your plants to thrive! If your plant does not survive within 30 days of received, send us clear photos (including the plant tag), and we’ll be happy to provide a replacement.
After 30 days, results cannot be guaranteed due to care, weather, or growing conditions.
If the original variety is unavailable, a comparable replacement may be sent.
⚠️ 6-Month Variety Guarantee
We guarantee the authenticity of our rose varieties. If you believe your rose is not true to name, notify us within 6 months of delivery with photos for review.
Please note that seasonal changes, climate, and growing conditions can affect bloom color and shape—these natural variations do not indicate mislabeling.

Roses marked as final sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or warranty coverage.
