Corail Gelée is an incredibly charming rose with coral-pink blooms. It has an elegant flower shape and excellent heat tolerance, making it a highly recommended variety to grow. This rose can reach up to 1.8 meters in height, and thanks to its strong climbing habit, it’s well-suited for use on trellises or garden fences. Its sturdy stems also make it a popular choice as a cut flower.  

The flowers are large and coral-pink in color, sometimes with slightly ruffled edges. It blooms in clusters, is very floriferous, and the plant itself is vigorous, with glossy foliage and strong disease resistance. It thrives in the heat, has a long blooming period, and even in summer, the flowers don’t fade within a day—though the ruffled edges may become less noticeable. It is an excellent garden variety.

If grown in pots, a larger container is recommended due to its fast growth. Regular pruning is necessary to maintain a manageable shape.

Corail Gelée’s blooms display an enchanting salmon-pink hue, reminiscent of glowing coral under sunlight. The ruffled petals are full and voluptuous, creating a lush and elegant appearance when in full bloom. The scent is a delightful medium fragrance, blending old rose and lychee notes.
