Please note that plants will be shipped without a pot and wrapped in Spagnum moss. We are committed to packaging your plant in the best way possible with no short cuts to ensure you will receive your plant in excellent condition. Although we take lots of time and pride in exceptional packaging, please keep in mind that this is a live plant that may go through a transition period once it has been through the mail. Some plants might have some yellowing or browning of leaves or drop some after being shipped this is perfectly normal.
Plants are usually shipped on Monday and Tuesday in order to avoid any delays over the weekend. Please be aware of the WEATHER in your area. We won’t be responsible for weather-related or mishandling of packages. If your plants got severely damaged in shipping please provide a photo of the box and damaged plant within the first 48 hours. If the plant is deemed severely damaged (beyond broken leaves), we will either replace or credit you. Void after 48 hours.

Huyen This plant is much smaller than l expected. One of a little branch fell off from package, if more paper are used for packing that might help. I hope this poor baby will survive….
